【Abstract】Objective This paper analyzed the psychological resilience and medical coping style of patients with Maintenance hemodialysis (Maintenance hemodialysis，MHD) and their correlation.Methods A total of 80 MHD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and studied as MHD group, while another 100 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.Scores of mental resilience in the two groups were recorded, scores of medical coping styles in the two groups were observed, and Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between mental resilience and medical coping styles in MHD patients.Results Compared with the scores of various dimensions of mental resilience between the two groups, the scores of toughness, self-reliance and optimism factors in MHD group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Comparing the scores of various dimensions of medical coping styles between the two groups, the scores of face factor in MHD group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the scores of avoidance and yield factor were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the scores of face factor were positively correlated with the scores of resilience, self-reliance and optimism, while the scores of avoidance factor and yield factor were negatively correlated with the scores of resilience, self-reliance and optimism factor (P<0.05).Conclusion MHD patients have a low level of mental resilience, and are more inclined to avoid and yield in the face of the disease, and there is an obvious correlation between the two, which needs clinical attention.
