口肌训练联合引导式教育用于对孤独症言语语言障碍儿童的价值

摘要
【摘要】目的 分析口肌训练联合引导式教育用于对孤独症言语语言障碍儿童的价值。方法 选择2021年6月~2023年6月于我院进行治疗的92例孤独症言语语言障碍患儿,依据入院时间将2021年6月~2022年6月患儿纳入对照组(引导式教育),2022年7月~2022年6月患儿纳入观察组(口肌训练联合引导式教育),均为46例。比较两组干预效果、干预前后简易口部运动量表评分、认知、语言能力及孤独症治疗评估量表(Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist,ATEC)评分。结果 观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组简易口部运动量表评分均上升,观察组简易口部运动量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组认知及语言能力相关评分均上升,观察组认知及语言能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组ATEC各项评分均低于干预前,观察组ATEC各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口肌训练联合引导式教育可有效改善孤独症患儿的言语语言障碍,提高口部运动能力,改善患儿感知觉、社交及语言能力。
Abstract
【Abstract】Objective To analyze the value of oral muscle training combined with guided education for autistic children with speech and language disorders.Method A total of 92 children with autism speech and language disorder who were treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected. According to the admission time, the children from June 2021 to June 2022 were included in the control group (guided education), and the children from July 2021 to June 2022 were included in the observation group (combined oral muscle training and guided education), with 46 cases in all.. The effects of the two groups were compared, as well as the scores of the simple mouth movement Scale, cognitive and language ability and Autism Treatment Assessment Scale (ATEC) before and after the intervention.Result Observation group total effective rate is significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05);After intervention, the score of the simple mouth movement scale increased in both groups, and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).After intervention, the cognitive and language ability scores of the two groups increased, and the cognitive and language ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).After the intervention, two groups of ATEC all the score is lower than before, the observation group ATEC each score is lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Oral muscle training combined with guided education can effectively improve the speech and language disorders of children with autism, improve the oral motor ability, improve the sensory perception, social and language ability of children with autism.
