摘要 目的:探讨重度抑郁症(major depressive disorder, MDD)睡眠脑电图参数与认知功能的关系。方法:选择2021年1月~2024年1月92例MDD患者,采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(montreal cognitive assessment, MoCA)评估患者认知功能,进行睡眠脑电图检查,比较认知功能障碍(cognitive impairment, CI)与无CI患者睡眠脑电图参数,分析CI患者睡眠脑电图参数与MoCA评分的相关性。结果:92例MDD患者16例出现CI,均为轻度;CI患者睡眠脑电图参数中,总睡眠时长、睡眠效率、快速动眼期均低于无CI患者,睡眠潜伏期、觉醒次数、时间均高于无CI患者,(P<0.05);CI患者总睡眠时长、睡眠效率、快速动眼期与MoCA评分呈正相关,觉醒次数、时间与MoCA评分呈负相关,(P<0.05),与睡眠潜伏期无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:MDD患者容易出现轻度CI,CI患者表现为睡眠时长减少,睡眠效率下降,睡眠脑电图参数与认知功能具有密切关联。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between sleep EEG parameters and cognitive functioning in major depressive disorder (MDD). Methods Ninety-two patients with MDD from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected. The Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) scale was used to assess the cognitive function of the patients. Sleep EEG was performed. Sleep EEG parameters were compared between patients with cognitive impairment (CI) and those without CI. To analyze the correlation between sleep EEG parameters and MoCA scores in patients with CI. Results Sixteen of 92 patients with MDD presented with CI, all of which were mild.In the sleep EEG parameters of patients with CI, the total sleep duration, sleep efficiency, and rapid eye movement period were lower than those of patients without CI, and the sleep latency, number of awakenings, and time were higher than those of patients without CI (P<0.05).In the patients with CI, the total sleep duration, sleep efficiency, and rapid eye movement period correlated positively with the MoCA scores, and the number of awakenings, and time were negatively correlated with the MoCA score were negatively correlated (P<0.05). There was no significant correlation with sleep latency (P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with MDD are prone to mild CI, and patients with CI exhibit reduced sleep duration and decreased sleep efficiency, and sleep EEG parameters have a strong correlation with cognitive function.
