【Abstract】Objective To analyze the psychological resilience survey of schizophrenic patients and its correlation with suicidal ideation. Methods 94 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were included in the observation group, and 80 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The scores of mental resilience scale, suicidal ideation Scale and social support scale were compared between the two groups. The Person coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between suicidal ideation, mental resilience and social support in schizophrenic patients. Results The scores of strength, resilience, optimism, family support and friend support in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of despair, optimism and sleep were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). There was no difference in other support score between the two groups (P > 0.05). The Person coefficient analysis showed that suicidal ideation was negatively correlated with mental resilience and social support in schizophrenia patients, both with P < 0.05. Conclusion Mental resilience of schizophrenic patients is poor, and there is a negative correlation with suicidal ideation. Improving mental resilience and social support may reduce suicidal ideation.
