摘要 目的：探讨糖尿病患者低血糖恐惧感（Fear of hypoglycemia，FOH）现状及与焦虑、抑郁、低血糖察觉意识障碍的关系。方法：选择2021年4月至2023年11月80例糖尿病患者，FOH量表Ⅱ（CHN version of hypoglycemia fear survey Ⅱ，CHFS Ⅱ）调查FOH严重程度，比较FOH患者与无FOH患者焦虑/焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety/depression scale, SAS/SDS)、低血糖察觉意识障碍量表，并分析CHFS Ⅱ评分与之的相关性。结果：80例糖尿病患者CHFS Ⅱ均分（23.19±4.92）分，其中＞26分，具有FOH的患者共30例，占比为37.50%；FOH患者SAS评分、SDS评分、低血糖察觉意识障碍评分显著高于无FOH患者，（P<0.05），并且FOH患者CHFS Ⅱ评分与三项评分均呈正相关，（P<0.05）。结论：FOH在糖尿病患者中较为常见，并且FOH与焦虑、抑郁情绪具有正相关关系，还可能加重低血糖察觉意识障碍。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the current status of fear of hypoglycemia (FOH) in diabetic patients and its relationship with anxiety, depression, and impaired awareness of hypoglycemia perception. Methods Eighty patients with diabetes mellitus were selected from April 2021 to November 2023.FOH scale II (CHN version of hypoglycemia fear survey II, CHFS II) was used to investigate the severity of FOH. The Self-rating anxiety/depression scale (SAS/SDS), hypoglycemia perceived impaired awareness scale were compared between patients with FOH and those without FOH. The correlation between CHFS II scores was also analyzed. Results The mean CHFS Ⅱ score of 80 diabetic patients was (23.19±4.92), of which >26, and the total number of patients with FOH was 30, which was 37.50%. SAS score, SDS score, and hypoglycemia perceived impaired awareness score of FOH patients were significantly higher than that of patients without FOH, (P<0.05). And the CHFS II score of FOH patients was positively correlated with all three scores (P<0.05). Conclusion FOH is more common in diabetic patients and FOH has a positive correlation with anxiety and depression and may also exacerbate hypoglycemic perceptual awareness deficits.
