[Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effects on anxiety and depression, coping style and self-injurious behavior. Methods 112 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital were divided into groups by random number table method, 56 patients in the control group were given aripiprazole treatment, and 56 patients in the experimental group were combined with olanzapine treatment on the basis of the control group. Clinical efficacy, anxiety and depression degree, coping style, self-injury behavior and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The difference of anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group before and after treatment was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). The differences of negative coping and positive coping scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of self-injury and suicide behavior in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with olanzapine can effectively improve the mental symptoms of schizophrenia patients, improve clinical efficacy, relieve anxiety and depression, promote positive coping styles, reduce negative coping, effectively avoid self-injury and suicidal behavior, and do not increase the risk of adverse reactions, with high safety.
