【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors of post traumatic stress disorder (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder,PTSD) in patients with eye trauma.【Methods】 A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 90 patients with eye trauma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022. After admission, the PTSD Self Rating Scale (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Self-Rating Scale,PTSD-SS) was used to assess whether the patients had developed PTSD. Based on the scoring results, the patients were divided into a non occurring group (n=60) and an occurring group (n=30). Compare the differences between two groups of general data [gender, age, cause of injury, type of injury, site of injury], as well as the Chinese version of the Psychological Resilience Scale (Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,CD-RISC) and the Social Support Rating Scale (Social Support Rating Scale,SSRS), and analyze the risk factors for PTSD in eye injury patients through multiple logistic regression analysis. 【Results】 The gender of the non occurring group was female, and the proportion of 18-40 years old was significantly lower than that of the occurring group. The SSRS score and CD-RISC score were higher than those of the occurring group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender, age 18-40 years old, SSRS score, and CD-RISC score were risk factors for PTSD in patients with eye trauma, with all P<0.05. 【Conclusion】 The occurrence of PTSD in patients with eye trauma is influenced by many factors, including gender, age 18-40 years old, SSRS score, and CD-RISC score, which can predict the occurrence of PTSD in this disease. Clinical attention should be paid closely.
