摘要
目的:探讨经颅交流电刺激(transcranial alternating current stimulation, tACS)对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取精神分裂症住院患者23例,随机分为干预组(n=12)和对照组(n=11),干预组采用tACS 真刺激,对照组采用tACS 伪刺激。干预疗程为10次,刺激频率40Hz,电流强度1-2mA,每次刺激时间20分钟。刺激部位是左侧背外侧前额叶及右侧顶叶。采用重复测量方差分析比较两组在基线、干预后即刻(2周末)、随访时(6周末)的MATRICS公认认知成套测验(MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery,MCCB)、同步听觉连续加法测试(Paced Auditory Serial Addition Test,PASAT)评分的差异。结果:干预组MCCB中持续操作测验及连线测验评分较对照组有统计学意义,两组均无明显不良事件发生。结论:tACS可以改善精神分裂症患者的注意力和信息处理速度,且安全性高,可以作为精神分裂症患者认知功能缺陷的潜在治疗方法。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) on cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: 23 cases of inpatients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group (n=12) and the control group (n=11).The intervention group used tACS true stimulation and the other group used tACS sham stimulation. The intervention session was 10 times, the true stimulation frequency was 40Hz, the current intensity was 1-2mA, and the stimulation time lasted 20 minutes each time. The stimulation sites were the left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe and the right parietal lobe. Repeated-measures ANOVA was used to compare the differences in MCCB (MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery) and PASAT (Paced Auditory Serial Addition Test) scores between the two groups at baseline, immediately after the intervention (end of week 2), and at follow-up (end of week 6). Results: There was a statistically significant difference in scores on the Continuous Performance Test and the Trail Making Test in the MCCB in the intervention group compared to the control group, and no significant adverse events occurred in either group.Conclusion: tACS can improve attention and information processing speed in schizophrenia and is safe enough to be used as a potential treatment for cognitive deficits in schizophrenia.
