| 摘要 |
摘要 目的：探讨叙事护理对髋关节置换术后焦虑、抑郁及心理弹性的影响。方法：采用抛硬币法的形式将2021年1月-2023年11月88例髋关节置换术患者随机分为两组，对照组43例进行常规心理护理，观察组45例采用叙事护理。比较两组护理前后情绪、心理弹性以及生活质量变化。结果：护理后两组医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital anxiety and depression scale, HAD)两项评分均显著降低，但观察组护理后两项评分显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）；护理后两组心理弹性量表(Connor-davidson resilience scale, CD-RISC)、健康调查简表SF-36(The MOS item short from health survey, SF-36)均显著升高，但观察组护理后两项评分显著高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论：叙事护理对髋关节置换术后进行心理护理能够有效降低焦虑、抑郁情绪，提升心理弹性以及生活质量。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of narrative care on anxiety, depression and psychological resilience after hip arthroplasty. Methods The form of coin-flip method was used to randomly divide 88 hip arthroplasty patients from January 2021 to November 2023 into two groups. Forty-three cases in the control group underwent conventional psychological care, and 45 cases in the observation group adopted narrative care. Compare the changes in mood, psychological elasticity and quality of life before and after nursing in the two groups. Results Both scores of Hospital anxiety and depression scale (HAD) were significantly reduced in both groups after care, but both scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group after care (P<0.05). The Connor-davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) and The MOS item short from health survey (SF-36) were significantly higher in both groups after nursing care, but the two scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after nursing care (P<0.05). Conclusion Narrative nursing for psychological care after hip arthroplasty can effectively reduce anxiety and depression and improve psychological resilience as well as quality of life.
