【Abstract】Objective Analyze the recurrence status and influencing factors of manic episodes in bipolar I disorder patients.Method The clinical data of 185 patients with bipolar type I disorder who were treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into relapse group (n=100) and non-relapse group (n=85) according to the follow-up results. General data and negative life event scores were compared between the two groups. Univariate Logistic regression analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of relapse in patients with bipolar type I disorder.Result The proportion of family history, rapid drug withdrawal, negative life event score > 80, combined with sleep disorder and anxiety disorder in relapse group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that family history, discontinuation mode, negative life event score, combined sleep disorder, combined anxiety disorder and relapse in bipolar I disorder patients were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis confirmed that family history, rapid drug withdrawal, negative life event score > 80, combined with sleep disorder and combined with anxiety disorder were all risk factors for relapse in bipolar I disorder patients with manic episode (P < 0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors for relapse in bipolar I disorder manic episode patients, including family history, rapid drug withdrawal, negative life event score > 80, combined with sleep disorders, combined with anxiety disorders. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, it is necessary to further develop targeted treatment measures combined with the above indicators to reduce the risk of relapse.
