摘要：目的 探讨IDEAS模式心理干预老年眼科手术前不良情绪的影响。方法 纳入2023年2月至2024年4月98例老年眼科手术患者，数字表法随机分为两组。对照组48例，采用常规心理干预，观察组50例，联合IDEAS模式心理干预。评估护理前、护理后医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital anxiety and depression scale, HADS)、恐惧视觉模拟评分法(Fear visual analog scale, FVAS)以及护理满意度。结果 两组护理后焦虑、FVAS评分均有所下降，但观察组均显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 IDEAS模式心理护理能够降低老年眼科手术术前焦虑、恐惧情绪，提升护理满意度。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective Investigating the impact of IDEAS model psychological intervention on negative emotions in elderly patients before ophthalmic surgery. Methods Ninety-eight elderly ophthalmic surgery patients included from April 2021 to April 2024. They were randomly divided into two groups using the numerical table method. The control group consisted of 48 patients who received conventional psychological intervention, while the observation group consisted of 50 patients who received combined psychological intervention using the IDEAS model. The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Fear Visual Analog Scale (FVAS),and nursing satisfaction. Results Both groups showed a decrease in anxiety and FVAS scores after nursing care, but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative visit in IDEAS mode can reduce preoperative anxiety and fear in elderly patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery, as well as improve nursing satisfaction.
