【Abstract】 Objective To explore . Method 167 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital were selected between May 2015 and February 2016, they were treated by risperidone. All patients were randomly divided into the control group, the experimental group A, the experimenta groupl B, the experimental group C. Control group has 42 cases, continue to use risperidone in the treatment; experimental group A has 41 cases, experimental group B has 44 cases, experimental group C has 40 cases, these three groups patients were treated by aripiprazole on the base of risperidone, the doses of aripiprazole were respectively 5mg/d, 10mg/d and 15mg / d, the time of compared treatment was 16 weeks. Detect and compare the of prolactin levels of all patients after 8 weeks and after 16 weeks of treatment, use the PANSS score to compare the efficacy of different treatment, adverse reactions of all the patients were statistical. Analysis the security of treatment. Result Before the compared treatment, there were no significant differences in the level of plasma prolactin between the four groups (P>0.05). 8 weeks after the compared treatment, the average level of plasma prolactin in control group, experimental A, B, C groups were respectively (53.44 + 14.27)nmol/L, (37.64 + 12.51) nmol/L , (38.17 + 12.53)nmol/L and (36.48 + 12.62) nmol/L, the plasma prolactin level of experimental A, B, C group were significantly lower than the control group and itself’s level before treatment (P<0.05), but there is no significant difference among the three groups, it was not statistically significant (P>0.05); 16 weeks after the compared treatment, the average level of plasma prolactin in control group, experimental A, B, C groups were respectively (51.46 + 14.38)nmol/L, (23.17 + 10.98) nmol/L, (24.31 + 10.94)nmol/L and (24.97 + 10.82) nmol/L, the plasma prolactin levels of experimental A, B, C groups were significantly lower than the control group and itself’s level when treated for 8 weeks, it is statistical significance (P<0.05), but there is no significant difference among the three groups (P>0.05); the PANSS score of the A, B And C three groups at 8 and 16 weeks after treatment were all significantly lower than that score before treatment , it is statistical significance (P < 0.05), but the PANSS score among the three groups was no significant difference (P > 0.05); the adverse reactions of A, B, C three groups were respectively 5 cases (12.20%), 13 cases (29.55%) and 18 cases (45.00%), compare the results , it is statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference among the efficacy of different doses of aripiprazole on hyperprolactinemia with schizophrenia patients caused by drug treatment, but the aripiprazole could decrease the plasma prolactin level, 5mg / d was the most suitable dose of the treatment.
