[Abstract]：Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on depression,anxiety and daily living ability for patients with tumor ascites treated by thermochemotherapy. Methods Between February 2014 to February 2016, 178 patients with tumor ascites treated by thermochemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, The observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group adopted routine nursing. To compare the SAS and SDS scores, ADL scores, and nursing satisfaction. Results After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05) ADL score was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05); The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group is obviously higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention significantly improve the depression and anxiety and their ability of daily living activities for patients with tumor ascites treated by thermochemotherapy.
