[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of positive suggestion language on the removal of negative emotion and pain in patients with wisdom tooth. Methods Selected in July 2014 to July 2015, our hospital line pull out wisdom tooth surgery patients 86 cases as normal group, the conventional nursing, then select in August 2015 to August 2016, our hospital line pull out wisdom tooth surgery patients as observation group 86 cases, using are sexually suggestive language. Observe and record nursing before and after the two groups: negative emotions, blood pressure, breathing rate, heart rate and degree of postoperative pain, and comparison analysis. Results The DAS and DFS scores of the observation group were less than those of the pre-nursing group and the conventional group (P <0.05). The pain degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the conventional group at 12 and 24 hours after operation (P < 0.05). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, respiratory rate and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the pre-nursing and routine groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Positive cue language can be used to relieve anxiety, fear emotion, lower blood pressure, respiratory rate and heart rate, and relieve postoperative pain.
