摘要
脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor,BDNF)作为中枢神经系统中分布最广泛的生长因子之一,对中枢神经系统甚至整个大脑的生长发育及神经元可塑性至关重要。临床及临床前研究均提示,BDNF与其受体酪氨酸受体激酶B(Tyrosine receptor Kinase B,TrkB)广泛参与精神分裂症等精神障碍的发病及治疗。本文基于临床前研究,综述了BDNF-TrkB信号系统在精神分裂症发病及治疗中的作用。
Abstract
As one of the most widely distributed growth factors in the central nervous system, the brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is essential for central nervous system and even the growth and neuronal plasticity of the entire brain. Both clinical and pre-clinical studies have shown that BDNF and its receptor tyrosine receptor kinase B (Tyrosine receptor Kinase B, TrkB) are widely involved in the pathogenesis and treatment of schizophrenia and other mental disorders. Based on pre-clinical studies, the paper reviewed the role of the BDNF-TrkB signaling system in the pathogenesis and treatment of schizophrenia.
