双相情感障碍患者的大脑结构研究综述

摘要	本文综述了双相情感障碍患者的大脑结构不同脑区的改变，其中主要改变的脑区包括大脑前额叶、边缘系统的扣带回、海马结构、丘脑、杏仁核等部位；本文还对疾病病程、发作次数及亚型以及双相情感障碍的治疗药物对大脑结构的影响进行了综述。为双相情感障碍患者的诊断及治疗提供参考。
Abstract	Abstract: This paper reviewed the changes of brain structure in different brain regions in patients with bipolar disorder. The main brain regions that changed included the prefrontal , the limbic system including the cingulate gyrus , hippocampus, thalamus, amygdala and so on. The duration, Number of disease outbreaks , subtypes of the disease and the effects on brain structure of the medication for bipolar disorder are also reviewed.
