In the context of deepening educational reforms in the new era, university "one-stop" student communities have initially demonstrated comprehensive effectiveness in integrating education, services, and management. However, some institutions focus excessively on enhancing a single function during implementation, making it difficult to meet the higher demands for cultivating versatile talents in the new development stage. Therefore, universities urgently need to transform existing models and systematically develop multidimensional integrated education platforms that combine educational functions, intelligent services, and management effectiveness. This paper focuses on exploring the functional positioning, weakening, and underlying causes of one-stop student communities, proposing an education matrix guided by the "Five Educations in Parallel" value orientation, a new service system centered on "1+4+N", and a dual-helix management model combining administrative and autonomous governance. These initiatives aim to synergistically achieve the "trinity" functions of education, services, and management, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for student community development.
