中医药高等院校人才培养的转型与突破

摘要	中医药作为我国独特的宝贵资源，其人才培养具有重要战略意义。本文以25所中医药院校2023–2024学年《本科教学质量报告》为数据来源，采用文本分析方法，从院校布局、专业设置、师资结构、实践教学、学生双创能力及就业状况等方面系统分析人才培养现状。结合新时代中医药教育发展要求，提出以“重实践、促创新、强融合、抓特色、提质量”为突破路径，构建多元化人才培养体系，推动应用型、创新型、差异化与复合型中医药人才的培养，为实现中医药高等教育高质量发展提供参考。
Abstract	As a unique and valuable resource in China, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) talent cultivation is of strategic importance. This study employs text analysis based on the Undergraduate Teaching Quality Reports (2023–2024) from 25 TCM universities. It examines the current state of talent cultivation across six dimensions: institutional distribution, program offerings, faculty structure, practical teaching, student innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, and employment outcomes. In response to the evolving demands of TCM education, a breakthrough strategy centered on ‘emphasizing practice, promoting innovation, strengthening integration, highlighting characteristics, and improving quality and efficiency’ is proposed. The study aims to establish a diversified talent cultivation system to foster applied, innovative, differentiated, and interdisciplinary TCM talents, providing a practical reference for advancing high-quality development in TCM higher education.
