[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of stress on the negative emotion of patients with fracture in hospital. Methods: 84 cases of hospitalized patients with fracture from January 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object, according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups, experimental group and control group of 42 cases. Two groups of patients were treated with conventional therapy, and received a healthy psychological counseling and education. In the experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment and education at the same time to accept the pressure of the exercise, a weekly time to choose a fixed time, each time for ninety minutes, eight weeks after the stop. In eight weeks after the two groups of patients were conducted a questionnaire survey with Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale HRSD HAMA score to evaluate the negative emotions of patients, with GQOLI-74 assessment of the quality of life questionnaire (assessment of physical function, psychological function, social function and material function), and investigate the incidence of complications, patient compliance to treatment. Results: The level of depression score was 7.34 + 2.14, the level of anxiety score was 6.98 + 2.12; control group, the level of depression score was 14.65 + 4.11, the level of anxiety score was 12.67 + 2.67, the two groups was statistically significant difference between the same score (P<0.05). Physical function test group 71.32 + 6.82, 73.37 + 10.48 points psychological function, social function of 68.39 + 8.51, 69.02 + 7.39 material function; control group physical function 62.45 + 5.78, 62.89 + 8.47 points psychological function, social function of 62.86 + 8.48, 64.12 + 6.51 material, the two was statistically significant the same project group score difference (P<0.05). In the test group found 4 cases of postoperative complications (9.52%), the high compliance of 38 cases (90.48%); the control group of patients with postoperative complications were found in 7 cases (16.67%), the high compliance of 29 cases (69.05%), the two groups have statistical significance difference between the scores of the same project (P<0.05). Conclusion: The pressure of the exercise on hospitalized patients with fracture reduce the impact of negative emotions, can relieve the pressure of patients, so that patients have a more positive attitude to face treatment.
