中国新能源汽车“出海”的语言服务困境及策略研究

摘要
近年来,中国新能源汽车产业快速发展,语言服务作为连接技术、市场、文化和法律的桥梁,对其国际化进程至关重要。然而,面对国际市场需求,语言服务在“出海”过程中面临多重挑战。本文基于跨文化适应与传播整合理论,结合国际贸易与多元文化背景,提出应对策略。研究表明,理论中的“压力—适应—成长”动态模型与传播为基础的多维度模型,为应对上述挑战提供了有效的理论支撑,助力语言服务体系向专业化和国际化发展。
Abstract
In recent years, China’s new energy vehicle (NEV) industry has developed rapidly. As a bridge connecting technology, markets, culture, and law, language services are crucial to its internationalization. However, language services face challenges in the “going global” process due to international market demands. This paper, based on an integrative theory of communication and cross-cultural adaptation, proposes targeted strategies in light of the international trade environment and multicultural contexts. Research shows that the “stress–adaptation–growth” dynamic model and the communication-based integrative model in this theory offer effective theoretical support for addressing these challenges, facilitating the professionalization and internationalization of language service systems.
