| Abstract |
Objective: To investigate the influence of psychological intervention on negative emotion and pain of patients with digestive endoscopy. Methods: 360 cases with digestive endoscopy in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into group A,B,C,D, 90 cases in each group. Group A,B,C were given psychological intervention 3d、1d、2h before examination. Group D was control group, compare negative emotion and pain of patients. Results: The scores of SAS and SDS in A, B, C intervention group at 30 min were significantly lower than those in the first day of admission with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference about scores of SAS and SDS between before and after inspection in the control group D (P>0.05). Before the examination of 30min, the SAS, SDS, VAS scores in A, B, C group were lower than that in the control group D with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). And the SAS, SDS and VAS score of B group were lower than those in A group and C group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SAS, SDS and VAS score of A group were significantly different with those in the C group, but there were not statistically significant (P>0.05).. Conclusion: Psychological intervention can relieve anxiety, depression, lower pain degree. Psychological intervention 1d before examination is the most suitable time.
