语言景观与应急服务视域下秦皇岛市语言规划优化路径研究

摘要	建设现代海洋城市背景下的国际旅游城市是秦皇岛的发展愿景。立足“十五五”规划提出的文旅深度融合战略，本文通过对秦皇岛核心景区、交通枢纽及高校周边的实地调研，系统诊察了其语言景观与应急语言服务现状。研究发现，当前存在整体规划缺乏统筹、外语使用不规范、导视系统无障碍化不足、应急服务载体单一及专业团队缺位等瓶颈。据此，本文借鉴国内外治理经验提出优化路径：一是强化系统规划，推动标识设计与“长城”及“海洋”文化深度融合，彰显山海相汇的地域特色；二是构建多模态传播体系，探索“声音商标”与AI辅助技术以增强传播吸引力；三是完善应急保障，推广“简明汉语”应用并组建具备文化嵌入性的专业译员团队。本研究旨在构建包容、高效的城市语言生态，为秦皇岛提升国际传播效能、打造世界级旅游目的地提供语言支撑。
Abstract	Building an international tourist destination within the framework of a "Modern Marine City" is the central development objective for Qinhuangdao. Grounded in the Culture-Tourism Integration Strategy proposed by the "15th Five-Year Plan," this paper systematically examines the current status of the city’s linguistic landscapes（LL） and language services through field research in core scenic areas, transportation hubs, and university districts. The research reveals several critical issues:a lack of systematicity in LL planning, non-standardized foreign language usage, poor navigational guidance, and insufficient accessibility. Furthermore, Emergency Language Services are limited. Accordingly, this paper proposes three optimization paths: first, strengthening systematic planning to integrate signage design with "Great Wall" and "Marine" cultures, thereby highlighting the unique regional identity where mountains meet the sea; second, constructing a multi-modal communication system by exploring "sound trademarks" and AI-assisted technologies; and third, improving emergency support by promoting "Plain Chinese" and establishing professional interpreter teams. This study aims to build an inclusive and efficient urban language ecology, providing vital linguistic support for Qinhuangdao to enhance its international communication effectiveness and develop into a world-class tourist destination.
