摘要
高职院校农村籍大学生就业形势严峻,已成为大学毕业生中的弱势群体,提升其职业核心能力是增强就业竞争力的关键途径。本文在系统梳理相关文献的基础上提出,下乡社会实践是继第一课堂教学、第二课堂社团活动与技能竞赛之后,培养该群体职业核心能力的另一重要载体。基于对高职院校农村籍大学生下乡社会实践现状的实证调研与分析,研究指出应构建科学、系统的社会实践体系,以制度保障推动实践活动的有效实施。通过扩大实践机会供给、加强前期培训与过程指导、优化内容设计以及完善支持体系等多措并举,可有效破解当前学生参与率低、实践效果不佳等困境,切实提升学生的职业核心能力,同时助力乡村发展,实现个人成长与乡村振兴的双赢目标。
Abstract
The employment situation of rural college students in higher vocational colleges is severe, and they have become a vulnerable group among university graduates. Enhancing vocational core competence is the key to enhancing employment competitiveness. Based on a systematic review of relevant literature, this article proposes that going to the countryside for social practice is another important carrier to cultivate the vocational core competence of this group after the first-class classroom teaching, the second-class classroom club activities and skills competitions. Based on empirical research and analysis of the situation of rural college students in higher vocational colleges participating in social practice, the research points out that a scientific and systematic social practice system should be constructed to promote the effective implementation of practice activities with the protection of the system. A variety of measures can be taken to effectively break through the current dilemma of low participation rate and poor practice effect of students, effectively enhance vocational core competence of students, and at the same time help the development of rural areas, so as to achieve the win-win goal of personal growth and rural revitalization.
