摘要
本文以教育培训行业为例,探讨企业在数字化转型过程中所面临的挑战与阻力,并分析业界的应对措施。互联网加剧了行业竞争,信息透明化使获利更难,而前期投入高昂与消费者接受度不足也成为主要障碍。文章重点分析了线上线下融合的 OMO 模式,认为其既能保持教育服务中“温度”和交流的“深度”,又能通过数字化手段提升运营效率和资源配置。
Abstract
This paper takes the education industry as an example to examine the challenges and obstacles enterprises face in the process of digital transformation, and analyzes the countermeasures adopted by the industry. The internet has intensified competition, while increased information transparency makes profitability more difficult. In addition, high initial investment costs and limited consumer acceptance have become major barriers. The paper focuses on the Online-Merge-Offline (OMO) model, arguing that it not only preserves the “warmth” and “depth” of interaction in educational services, but also enhances operational efficiency and resource allocation through digital technologies.
