摘要
废旧锂电池中含有的锂、钴、镍等有价金属的高效回收,对于资源循环利用和环境保护具有重要意义。本文提出了一种绿色高效的回收工艺,通过优化溶解、分离和提纯过程中的关键技术参数,实现了对上述有价金属的高效率回收。研究结果表明,该工艺不仅能够显著提高有价金属的回收率,而且在减少环境污染方面表现出了明显的优势。通过对回收产品的质量评估,验证了该工艺的可行性和经济性。本研究为废旧锂电池中有价金属的回收提供了一种新思路,有助于推动相关技术的发展和应用。
Abstract
The efficient recycling of valuable metals such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel contained in waste lithium batteries is of great significance for resource recycling and environmental protection. This paper proposes a green and efficient recycling process. By optimizing the key technical parameters in the processes of dissolution, separation, and purification, the high-efficiency recycling of the above-mentioned valuable metals is achieved. The research results show that this process can not only significantly improve the recovery rate of valuable metals but also demonstrate obvious advantages in reducing environmental pollution. Through the quality evaluation of the recycled products, the feasibility and economic efficiency of this process are verified. This study provides a new idea for the recycling of valuable metals in waste lithium batteries and helps to promote the development and application of related technologies.
