摘要
化工园区在突发事故中易因多米诺效应引发连锁灾害,对消防资源调度提出严峻挑战。本文针对这一问题,提出一种基于动态优化的消防资源调度算法,旨在提升应急响应效率与灾害控制能力。通过构建多米诺效应传播模型与资源调度优化模型,结合实时灾情信息进行动态调整,实现对复杂场景下的高效资源分配。该算法能显著缩短响应时间并提高救援成功率,为化工园区应急管理提供科学支持。
Abstract
In chemical industry parks, sudden accidents are prone to trigger chain disasters due to the domino effect, posing severe challenges to the scheduling of fire protection resources. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a fire protection resource scheduling algorithm based on dynamic optimization, aiming to improve emergency response efficiency and disaster control capabilities. By constructing a domino effect propagation model and a resource scheduling optimization model, and combining real-time disaster information for dynamic adjustment, efficient resource allocation in complex scenarios is achieved. The algorithm can significantly shorten the response time and improve the rescue success rate, providing scientific support for emergency management in chemical industry parks.
