摘要
煤制烯烃工艺是将煤炭转化为烯烃的工业过程,这一过程虽然在满足能源需求和化学品生产方面具有重要意义,但也面临着巨大的碳排放问题。随着全球对环境保护和碳排放减少的重视,煤制烯烃工艺的碳排放问题亟待解决。本文通过分析煤制烯烃工艺中的碳排放源,探讨了影响碳排放的主要因素,并提出了减排对策,包括优化工艺过程、提升能源效率、应用碳捕集与封存技术等手段。通过这些措施的实施,可以有效减少煤制烯烃工艺中的碳排放,推动可持续发展。
Abstract
The coal-to-olefins process, an industrial method for converting coal into olefins, plays a vital role in meeting energy demands and chemical production. However, this process also faces significant carbon emission challenges. With global emphasis on environmental protection and carbon reduction, addressing the carbon footprint of coal-to-olefins technology has become imperative. This study analyzes carbon emission sources within the process, identifies key influencing factors, and proposes mitigation strategies including process optimization, enhanced energy efficiency, and implementation of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technologies. Through these measures, effective carbon reduction can be achieved in coal-to-olefins operations, thereby advancing sustainable development.
