摘要
随着虚拟现实(Virtual Reality, VR)与增强现实(Augmented Reality, AR)技术的迅速发展,沉浸式环境作为人机交互的重要载体,正广泛应用于教育培训、医疗康复、军事模拟、工业设计及娱乐体验等领域,为用户提供了前所未有的沉浸式体验。然而,丰富的感官刺激虽然提升了沉浸体验的真实感与参与度,但同时也可能引发注意力分散与认知负荷过重的问题。作为应对这一挑战的重要策略,注意力引导技术近年来已成为人机交互研究中的核心议题。本文对沉浸式环境中注意力引导的研究进展进行了系统梳理:首先阐明了该技术在沉浸式场景中的必要性及研究价值;其次归纳了现有引导方式的主要方法;随后探讨了注意力引导在增强现实与虚拟现实环境中的具体应用;最后总结了当前研究的不足之处,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。
Abstract
With the rapid development of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies, immersive environments have become an important medium for human–computer interaction and are widely applied in fields such as education and training, medical rehabilitation, military simulation, industrial design, and entertainment, providing users with unprecedented immersive experiences. However, although rich sensory stimuli enhance the realism and engagement of immersion, they may also lead to problems such as attention distraction and cognitive overload. As an essential strategy to address these challenges, attention guidance technology has emerged as a core topic in human–computer interaction research in recent years. This paper provides a systematic review of the research progress on attention guidance in immersive environments. It first elaborates on the necessity and research value of attention guidance in immersive contexts; then summarizes the main approaches of existing guidance methods; subsequently discusses the specific applications of attention guidance in AR and VR environments; and finally identifies the current research limitations and outlines potential directions for future development.
