摘要
随着旋转机械在各行业中的广泛应用,机械设备的可靠性和稳定性成为关键因素。轴承作为旋转机械中至关重要的组成部分,其状态直接影响机械的运行效果。振动分析作为一种有效的监测手段,能够实时反映轴承的健康状态,从而为预维护提供数据支持。本研究通过振动信号的特征提取和分析,建立了基于振动分析的旋转机械轴承预维护策略。研究表明,振动分析不仅可以早期检测轴承故障,还能通过预测故障趋势,制定合理的维护计划,延长设备的使用寿命,降低维修成本。通过优化预维护策略,能够提升旋转机械的运行效率,确保生产的高效与安全。
Abstract
With the widespread application of rotating machinery across industries, the reliability and stability of mechanical equipment have become critical factors. As a vital component in rotating machinery, bearings directly impact operational performance through their condition. Vibration analysis, serving as an effective monitoring method, can provide real-time insights into bearing health status, thereby offering data-driven support for predictive maintenance. This study establishes a vibration-based predictive maintenance strategy for rotating machinery bearings through feature extraction and analysis of vibration signals. The research demonstrates that vibration analysis not only enables early detection of bearing failures but also facilitates trend prediction to formulate rational maintenance plans, thereby extending equipment lifespan and reducing repair costs. Optimized predictive maintenance strategies enhance operational efficiency in rotating machinery, ensuring both production efficiency and safety.
