摘要
本研究聚焦于7075铝合金一体化压铸车身连接接头在动态载荷作用下的性能特征,通过试验分析连接接头在不同载荷条件下的响应行为。研究采用高精度试验设备,模拟实际工况中的动态载荷,以揭示7075铝合金压铸接头的力学性能及其耐久性。通过实验结果表明,铝合金一体化压铸接头在动态载荷下表现出较好的强度和韧性,但也存在一定的疲劳损伤风险。该研究为汽车行业在材料选择与连接技术优化方面提供了重要参考,并为后续相关产品设计提供了实验依据。
Abstract
This study focuses on the performance characteristics of 7075 aluminum alloy integrated die-cast body connection joints under dynamic loads, and analyzes the response behavior of the connection joints under different load conditions through experiments. High-precision testing equipment is used to simulate dynamic loads in actual working conditions, aiming to reveal the mechanical properties and durability of 7075 aluminum alloy die-cast joints. The experimental results show that the aluminum alloy integrated die-cast joints exhibit good strength and toughness under dynamic loads, but there is also a certain risk of fatigue damage. This research provides an important reference for the automotive industry in material selection and optimization of connection technologies, and offers experimental basis for the design of subsequent related products.
