摘要
伴随人工智能技术的拓展,其在人力资源绩效考核中的应用引发大量关注。AI技术在绩效考核当中的应用情况进行探讨,指出传统考核模式现有的局限性,AI技术助力绩效考核达成创新的路径。以实践案例为依据展开分析,展现出AI技术实施所达成的绩效提升效果,又对该技术未来发展趋向加以展望。研究表明有效提升绩效考核的效率与精准度可借助AI技术达成,实现管理流程的优化,为企业的决策事宜提供支撑,未来其发展会迈向智能化、个性化且数据驱动之路,引领人力资源管理步入数字化转型。
Abstract
With the expansion of artificial intelligence technology, its application in human resource performance appraisal has attracted a lot of attention. The application of AI technology in performance assessment is discussed, and the existing limitations of traditional assessment mode are pointed out, and AI technology helps performance assessment to achieve innovation path. The analysis is based on practical cases, and shows the performance improvement effect of the implementation of AI technology, and prospects the future development trend of the technology. The research shows that the efficiency and accuracy of performance appraisal can be achieved with the help of AI technology to realize the optimization of management process and provide support for the decision-making of enterprises. In the future, its development will move towards intelligent, personalized and data-driven road, leading the human resource management into digital transformation.
