Abstract: Objective: To summarize and analyze the clinical effect of patients with depression by Gastrodin Injection acupoint injection. Methods: randomly selected 100 cases of depression patients in our hospital were selected to receive the time for the April 2013 to December 2015, according to the patients bed, divided into the observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases), all patients were treated with basic treatment. The control group in the basic treatment with acupuncture treatment, observation group on the basis of the treatment at the same time using Gastrodin Injection acupoint injection therapy, retrospective analysis of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients with different methods after treatment. Results: in HAMD score , two groups of patients before and after treatment, compared to a large difference, after treatment HAMD score and the total efficiency of treatment, the observation group compared with the control group with a large difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for the patients with depressive disorder treated by acupoint injection of Gastrodin Injection on the basis of conventional drug treatment can effectively improve the depressive state of patients, the clinical efficacy is significant, it is worthy of popularization and application.
