Total Quality Management (TQM) plays a significant role in improving product quality in the manufacturing industry. Currently, the manufacturing sector faces numerous challenges in quality inspection, production process control, digital transformation, and supply chain management, which restrict further improvements in product quality. By analyzing the current situation, this paper proposes TQM-based quality management strategies, emphasizing the importance of standardized operations, quality improvement mechanisms, and supply chain collaboration. Practice has shown that TQM can significantly optimize product quality and enhance corporate competitiveness. In the future, the manufacturing industry needs to integrate technological innovation and digital transformation to deepen the application of TQM and promote high-quality development.
