摘要
随着工业智能化的推进,机电设备的故障预测与健康管理成为提升生产效率和降低维护成本的关键。智能传感器网络凭借其分布式感知、实时数据采集和智能分析能力,在这一领域展现出巨大潜力。本文首先介绍了智能传感器网络的架构与技术优势,随后探讨了其在故障监测、数据融合与健康评估中的应用机制,并提出了基于智能算法的健康管理策略。最后,对未来发展趋势进行了展望。
Abstract
With the advancement of industrial intelligence, the fault prediction and health management of electromechanical equipment have become the key to improve production efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. Smart sensor networks, with their distributed sensing, data collection in real time, and intelligent analysis capabilities, have shown great potential in this field. This paper first introduces the architecture and technical advantages of intelligent sensor network, then discusses its application mechanism in fault monitoring, data fusion and health assessment, and proposes a health management strategy based on intelligent algorithm. Finally, the future development trend is discussed.
