摘要
挥发性有机物(VOCs)是化工生产中常见的污染物,对环境和人体健康危害严重。本文探讨了化工生产过程中 VOCs 的治理技术,分析了吸附法、催化燃烧法、生物处理法等主流技术的原理、优缺点及应用现状。通过对比研究,提出了优化治理方案的建议,旨在为化工企业 VOCs 治理提供参考,促进绿色化工发展,推动行业可持续发展。
Abstract
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is a common pollutant in chemical production, which causes serious harm to the environment and human health. This paper discusses the treatment technology of VOCs in the production process of chemical industry, and analyzes the principles, advantages and disadvantages of adsorption method, catalytic combustion method and biological treatment method. Through comparative research, the paper puts forward suggestions to optimize the governance scheme, aiming to provide reference for the VOCs governance of chemical enterprises, promote the development of green chemical industry, and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
