Abstract
As technology advances, intelligent customer service is widely applied. Natural language processing technology empowers smart customer service to achieve precise semantic understanding, quickly match problem answers, flexibly handle diverse expressions, and provide personalized services that align with user needs. Multi-turn conversations flow naturally, significantly enhancing the human-machine interaction experience and boosting user satisfaction, driving intelligent customer service to new heights.
