摘要
山区小型水电站是地方经济发展的重要助力,但其生态流量泄放情况直接影响流域生态安全。围绕生态流量泄放设施设计与运行效果展开研究,详细阐述设施设计需考量的流域水文、生态需求等关键要素,深入分析实际运行中对河道生态环境的改善作用。通过探讨优化策略与实践总结,揭示科学设计与有效运行对维持河道生态功能、保障生物多样性的重要意义,为山区小型水电站生态流量管理提供参考。
Abstract
Small hydropower stations in mountainous areas are a significant boost to local economic development, but their ecological flow release directly impacts the ecological security of river basins. This study focuses on the design and operational effectiveness of ecological flow release facilities, detailing key factors such as basin hydrology and ecological needs that must be considered in facility design. It also delves into the actual improvement of river ecosystems during operation. By exploring optimization strategies and practical summaries, it highlights the importance of scientific design and effective operation in maintaining river ecological functions and protecting biodiversity, providing a reference for the ecological flow management of small hydropower stations in mountainous areas.
