摘要	重复经颅磁刺激（repetive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS）是目前临床上用于治疗神经精神疾病的一项炙手可热的物理治疗技术，但其治疗的具体机制还不是很清楚。文章就近年来rTMS在神经精神疾病中的作用机制研究进行概述，为今后的临床及基础研究工作提供科学依据。
Abstract	Repetive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)has been a potential physiotherapy technique in clinical treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders.However,the underlying mechanisms of the treatment are not very clear. In this paper, the mechanisms of rTMS in neuropsychiatric disorders in recent years were reviewed,to provide the scientific basis for future clinical and basic researches.
