摘要
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)结晶行为对其力学性能具有关键影响。探究结晶行为调控手段与力学性能变化规律,有助于拓展 PET 应用领域。研究发现,温度、成核剂添加等因素显著影响 PET 结晶行为。高温促进结晶完善度提升,但过高温度会导致分子链降解;成核剂可加快结晶速率,细化晶粒。结晶度提高能增强 PET 拉伸强度与模量,然而过高结晶度会降低材料韧性。深入理解二者关系,为 PET 性能优化提供理论依据。
Abstract
The crystallization behavior of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) significantly influences its mechanical properties. Investigating the methods to control crystallization and the patterns of mechanical property changes can help expand the application areas of PET. Research has found that factors such as temperature and the addition of nucleating agents significantly affect PET crystallization behavior. High temperatures enhance crystallization perfection, but excessively high temperatures can lead to molecular chain degradation; nucleating agents can accelerate crystallization rates and refine grains. Increased crystallinity enhances the tensile strength and modulus of PET, yet excessive crystallinity reduces material toughness. A deeper understanding of these relationships provides a theoretical basis for optimizing PET performance.
