There are various safety risks in the construction process of highway subgrade. If these risks are not effectively identified and managed, they will seriously affect the quality of the project and the safety of construction personnel. Based on the actual situation of the construction site, this article systematically analyzes the main safety risk factors in the construction of highway subgrade, explores the methods and technical means of risk identification, and proposes scientific and reasonable safety risk management strategies. Through comprehensive research on risk prevention, control, and emergency management, the aim is to enhance the level of construction safety management and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
