摘要
随着工程机械智能化发展,液压与电气混合驱动工程机械臂因兼具高效节能与精准操控优势备受关注。聚焦其控制策略,分析混合驱动系统特性,针对能量管理与运动控制难题,提出基于模型预测与自适应控制的协同策略。通过优化液压泵电机协同工作逻辑,结合电气伺服系统快速响应能力,实现系统能耗降低与控制精度提升。仿真与实验验证该策略有效改善工程机械臂动态性能与能量利用效率,为混合驱动工程机械臂的广泛应用提供技术支撑。
Abstract
As the intelligent development of construction machinery progresses, hydraulic and electrical hybrid drive arms have garnered significant attention due to their combined advantages of high efficiency, energy savings, and precise control. Focusing on their control strategies, this paper analyzes the characteristics of hybrid drive systems and addresses the challenges in energy management and motion control by proposing a collaborative strategy based on model predictive and adaptive control. By optimizing the logic for coordinated operation between the hydraulic pump and motor, combined with the rapid response capability of the electrical servo system, the strategy aims to reduce system energy consumption and improve control accuracy. Simulation and experimental validation show that this strategy effectively enhances the dynamic performance and energy utilization efficiency of construction machinery arms, providing technical support for the widespread application of hybrid drive arms.
