摘要
物联网技术的广泛应用正在重塑机电工程的运行与维护方式。通过构建远程监控与故障诊断系统,实现了对设备运行状态的实时感知与异常预警。该系统依托传感器网络、数据通信、云计算及智能分析算法,提升了设备管理的精准性与响应速度。研究重点在于系统架构设计、数据处理机制优化以及运维流程创新,有效解决了传统方式存在的滞后性和低效性问题。实践表明,该模式在提升设备可靠性、降低维护成本方面具有显著优势,为机电工程智能化发展提供了新路径。
Abstract
The widespread application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology is reshaping the operation and maintenance methods of mechanical and electrical engineering. By constructing a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system, real-time awareness of equipment operating status and early warning of anomalies have been achieved. Relying on sensor networks, data communication, cloud computing, and intelligent analysis algorithms, this system enhances the accuracy and responsiveness of equipment management. The research focuses on system architecture design, optimization of data processing mechanisms, and innovation in maintenance processes, effectively addressing the lag and inefficiency of traditional approaches. Practical results show that this model significantly improves equipment reliability and reduces maintenance costs, providing a new path for the intelligent development of mechanical and electrical engineering.
