摘要
船舶修造行业在市场竞争和技术发展的双重压力下,对全生命周期成本的精细化管理提出了更高要求。基于BIM的船舶修造全生命周期成本动态管理方法,通过在设计、建造、运营、维护等阶段引入信息化手段,实现数据的集成与动态更新,从而提高成本控制的科学性与实时性。该方法不仅能够有效识别各阶段的成本风险,还能为资源配置和决策优化提供依据,推动船舶修造企业向数字化与精益化转型。利用BIM技术建立全生命周期成本动态管理模式,可以在保证工程质量与安全的前提下,实现成本的动态平衡与优化,为船舶修造行业可持续发展提供可行路径。
Abstract
Under the dual pressures of market competition and technological development, the ship repair and construction industry has put forward higher requirements for the refined management of whole-life-cycle costs. The BIM-based dynamic management method for the whole-life-cycle cost of ship repair and construction realizes the integration and dynamic update of data by introducing information-based means in the stages of design, construction, operation, maintenance, etc., thereby improving the scientificity and real-time performance of cost control. This method can not only effectively identify cost risks at various stages but also provide a basis for resource allocation and decision optimization, promoting the transformation of ship repair and construction enterprises towards digitalization and lean management. Establishing a dynamic management model for whole-life-cycle costs by using BIM technology can achieve the dynamic balance and optimization of costs on the premise of ensuring project quality and safety, and provide a feasible path for the sustainable development of the ship repair and construction industry.
