【 Abstract】objective:To discuss the anxiety status and satisfaction effect of based on the humanized concept psychological nursing in postoperative patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: 120 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage were selected from September 2013 to Match 2016 in our Hospitals. According to the random distribution, all patients were divided into human psychological group and routine group, each group of 60 cases, routine groups were given routine nursing intervention,human psychological group on the basis were given based on the humanized concept psychological nursing intervention,the self-assessment lists of anxiety (SAS) was used to assess the state of anxiety, the self-made "postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage direct the medical behavior questionnaire" compliance was used to assess the according to the medical behavior,the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients with postoperative satisfaction questionnaire was used to assess satisfaction, statistical analyzed all patients compliance, satisfaction, and according to the medical behavior intervention before and after the intervention of anxiety in the 1, 3, 6 months.Results:Human psychological intervention group patients after 1, 3, 6 months of SAS scores were significantly lower than normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); Human mental patients according to the medical behavior compliance rate was significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); Human mental patients satisfaction rate was significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions:Based on the humanized concept psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients with postoperative anxiety status and compliance according to the medical behavior,it is helpful to improve the patients satisfaction,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
