【 Abstract】objective:To discuss the anxiety and the social function influence of the shuganjieyu capsule combined citalopram treatment in patients with depression after cesarean section.Methods:120 patients with depression after cesarean section were selected from September 2013 to September 2016 in our Hospitals. According to the random distribution, all patients were divided into jieyu pollan group and pollan group, and each group of 60 cases, pollan group of patients were given citalopram oral treatment,jieyu pollan group of patients on the basis were given the shuganjieyu capsule oral treatment,Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) was used to assess the anxiety,social function defect screening scale (SDSS) was used to assess the social function,Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) was used to evaluate curative effect,statistical analyzed all of the patients before treatment curative effect, adverse reaction and, 3, 6 weeks after treatment of anxiety, social function.Results:The significant efficiency rate of the jieyu pollan group of patients was obviously higher than that of pollan group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The 3, 6 weeks HAMA and SDSS scores after treatment of patients were obviously lower than that of pollan group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The incidence adverse reactions rates of the jieyu pollan group and pollan group of patients was basically the same, there was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusions:Shuganjieyu capsule combined citalopram treatment can effectively improve the anxiety and social function in patients with depression after cesarean section,it is helpful to improve the treatment of patients with curative effect, and it has good security,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
