抑郁症合并2 型糖尿病患者血浆BDNF水平与抑郁焦虑症状、TG的相关性

摘要
[摘要] 目的: 研究抑郁症合并2 型糖尿病患者中的血浆脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)及血清三酰甘油(serum triglyceride, TG)的变化,并探讨BDNF与抑郁焦虑症状、TG的关系。方法: 选择 2014年1月至2015年8月我院收治的抑郁症合并2 型糖尿病患者90例为A组,选择同期我院收治的2 型糖尿病患者90例为B组,选择同期来我院体检的健康人群90例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定血浆BDNF 浓度,应用全自动生化仪测定血清TG水平,使用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA) 评估抑郁焦虑症状。分析3 组血浆BDNF、TG水平及HAMD、HAMA 总分,同时分析A组患者BDNF水平与HAMD、HAMA 总分及TG水平的关系。结果: A组HAMD总分、HAMA总分均明显高于B组、C组,3组HAMD、HAMA总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组血浆BDNF含量明显低于B组、C组,3组血浆BDNF水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组血清TG含量明显高于B组、C组,3组血清TG水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对A组抑郁症合并2型糖尿病患者进行Pearson 相关分析显示,BDNF与HAMD评分呈负相关(r =-0.806,P<0.01);BDNF与HAMA 评分呈负相关(r =- 0.824, P<0.01);BDNF与TG呈负相关( r =- 0.713, P<0.01)。结论: 抑郁症合并2 型糖尿病患者血浆BDNF 水平比较低,且与抑郁焦虑症状、TG水平相关。
Abstract
[Abstract]: Objective: To study the association of plasma brain - derived neurotrophic factor( BDNF) , serum triglyceride and anxiety and depression symptoms in depression patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus so as to provide reference for exploring the pathogeny of depression complicated with type-2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: 42 depression patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2014 to August 2015 were assigned into A group, Selected the same period in our hospital 90 cases of type-2 diabetes patients as B group.Meanwhile,90 healthy subjects who visited the hospital for health examination during the same period were selected as the control C group.Plasma BDNF concentrations were measured by ELISA ,TG concentrations were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer, depression and anxiety were assessed by HAMD and HAMA. In A group,the associations between BDNF levels and TG,the degree of depression,and depression duration were further analyzed.Results: The total scores of HAMD and HAMA in A group were significant higher in the B,C group (P<0.05). The contents of BDNFin the A group were significant lower in the B,C group(P<0.05). The contents of TG in the A group were significant higher in the B,C group(P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed significant negative correlation between the BDNF and the total scores of HAMD and HAMA (r =-0.806,r =- 0.824,P<0.01),the significant negative correlation between the BDNF and the TG( r =- 0.713, P<0.01).Conclusions: Plasma BDNF concentrationis lower in depression patients complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus; moreover,it is related to TG, anxiety and depression symptoms.
