热工设备的稳定运行对工业生产至关重要,振动信号分析是故障诊断的关键技术之一。本文探讨了振动信号特征提取与分析方法,分析了时域、频域及小波变换等技术的优势与局限,并结合实际案例验证了其有效性。研究为热工设备故障诊断提供了理论支持与实践指导,对提升设备可靠性与降低维护成本具有重要意义。
Abstract
The stable operation of thermal equipment is crucial for industrial production, and vibration signal analysis is one of the key technologies for fault diagnosis. This paper discusses the methods of vibration signal feature extraction and analysis, examines the advantages and limitations of techniques such as time domain, frequency domain, and wavelet transform, and validates their effectiveness with practical cases. The research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for fault diagnosis in thermal equipment, which is significant for enhancing equipment reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
