摘要
随着制造业智能化升级,传统装配方式难以满足高精度、高效率需求。基于机器视觉的机电一体化自动装配系统应运而生,成为提升装配质量与效率的关键。该系统融合机器视觉技术与机电一体化技术,通过视觉识别模块获取工件信息,经算法处理后驱动机械臂完成精准装配。详细介绍系统总体架构设计,深入分析视觉识别、运动控制等关键技术,阐述系统硬件选型与软件编程实现过程。
Abstract
As manufacturing becomes more intelligent, traditional assembly methods struggle to meet the demands of high precision and efficiency. A mechatronic automatic assembly system based on machine vision has emerged as a key solution for improving assembly quality and efficiency. This system integrates machine vision technology with mechatronics, using a visual recognition module to obtain workpiece information. After processing by algorithms, it drives the robotic arm to perform precise assembly. The system's overall architecture design is detailed, along with an in-depth analysis of key technologies such as visual recognition and motion control. It also explains the process of hardware selection and software programming implementation.
