摘要
随着直流输电技术快速发展,高压直流断路器 IGBT 串联均压控制成为保障系统稳定运行的关键。IGBT 串联应用中,因参数差异、杂散电感等因素导致电压不均,易引发器件损坏。阐述 IGBT 串联电压不均产生机制,分析静态均压、动态均压控制策略,探讨驱动电路优化、缓冲电路设计及主动控制技术在均压控制中的作用。研究表明,多种控制策略协同运用可有效提升均压效果。对提升高压直流断路器性能、推动直流输电技术发展具有重要意义。
Abstract
With the rapid advancement of DC transmission technology, the IGBT series voltage equalization control of high-voltage DC circuit breakers has become crucial for ensuring stable system operation. In IGBT series applications, voltage imbalance caused by parameter differences and stray inductance can easily lead to device failure. This paper explains the mechanisms behind IGBT series voltage imbalance, analyzes static and dynamic equalization control strategies, and explores the roles of drive circuit optimization, buffer circuit design, and active control technology in equalization control. Research indicates that the combined use of multiple control strategies can significantly enhance equalization performance. This is of great significance for improving the performance of high-voltage DC circuit breakers and advancing DC transmission technology.
