【Abstract】Objective To explore the psychological inference ability of high risk group of schizophrenia. Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were selected as the research object, set it as observation group, in the same period, 100 healthy volunteers were recruited as control group. The cognitive assessment scale (MAS-A), the false belief task and the mental imagery task (ToM-PST) of the two groups were evaluated. Results The study found that the total score of the observation group [(8.94 +. 3.24)] was lower than that of the control group (MAS-A = + 3.26) (MAS-A = 23.46), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The number of errors in the observation group was 89, which was much higher than that of the control group, and the number of cases was significantly higher than that in the control group (n = 4), data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ToM-PST score of the observation group [(48.96 +. 2.77)] was lower than that of the control group (ToM-PST (+ 3.38)), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The mental ability of high risk group of schizophrenia was seriously damaged, far lower than the normal level of healthy people, at this point, the control of the disease has become particularly important, but also the focus of clinical research in schizophrenia high-risk groups.
